30th, teams of filmmakers challenged to write, shoot, edit and score
an original short film in just 12 hours. Come out

CHALLENGE 2006

Writers
compete to see who can produce the best short screenplay
(20 pages max.) on an assigned genre and subject in one
week. Winners advance to compete for over $16,000
in cash and prizes by writing a short script in just 24
hours. Also new this year, feedback for every
screenplay provided by our presenting sponsor, Writers
Boot Camp!

ANIMADNESS
2006

Ready…set…ANIMATE! At
the stroke of midnight on April 14th, 2006,
teams of animators from around the world will be faced
with the task of putting together an original animated
film in just 3 weeks. To keep everyone on a level
playing field, teams are assigned a theme, character and
object that must be incorporated into their film.
All forms of animation are acceptable, including but not
limited to, 2D, 3D, stop-motion and rotoscoping.
