► Anyone may compete in Movie Making Madness 2006 from anywhere in the world. The only restriction is that the team representative must be at least 18 years old.
► The competition begins at 11:59PM EST on Friday, November 3rd, 2006.
► Each team will be assigned a genre and subject (ex. genre-comedy, subject-competing lemonade stands). Teams will then have 2 weeks to write, shoot, edit and score an original short film no longer than 10 minutes. The completed film must be submitted on mini-DV NTSC or DVD.
► Every film that is submitted by the deadline will be streamed online and the teams will be competing for thousands in prizes! Also new this year, you will be able to link back to your own homepage from your film.
