The 3rd annual Screenwriter's Challenge is open for
registration! Writers
compete to see who can produce the best short screenplay
(20 pages max.) on an assigned genre and subject in one
week. Winners advance to compete for over $14,000
in cash and prizes by writing a short script in just 24
hours. Also new this year, feedback for every
screenplay provided by our presenting sponsor, Writers
Boot Camp! The Screenwriter?s Challenge 2006 is

Animadness |
A New Competition exclusively for Animators! |

March 13, 2006 -
Ready…set…ANIMATE! At
the stroke of midnight on April 14th, 2006,
teams of animators from around the world will be faced
with the task of putting together an original animated
film in just 3 weeks. To keep everyone on a level
playing field, teams are assigned a theme, character and
object that must be incorporated into their film. The
competition is aptly named Animadness and the top films
will be competing for $10,000 in cash and prizes.
All forms of animation are acceptable, including but not
limited to, 2D, 3D, stop-motion and rotoscoping.
All of the completed films will be streamed online for a
public audience! |

"Marnee"
takes grand prize in Movie Making Madness 2005 |

8, 2006 - Congratulations to Team Nocturno for
capturing the Movie Making Madness 2005 grand prize with
their mockumentary, "Marnee: A Garage Sale
Retrospective." Their film bested a very talented
field of filmmakers from around the world. For the
first time, every film that was created for the
competition was streamed online for public viewing.
Team Nocturno received over $3,000 in cash and services
