This was another great film.  I loved the design of the characters and the unique style of it.  What did you use to create this?

Thank Chris. We're glad you liked it.
 
We used Macromedia Flash 8.0 for the animation and character design and Adobe After Effects for final editing and compositing, along with a graphire wacom tablet for most of the digital art (Andrew worked with the mouse, and I stuck to my tablet). We'd never used Flash before, and this was a good excuse for use to finally dive headfirst into the program and learn as much as we could about it.

Haha. Yea. Even we had a hard time believing that we were doing it at times as well. We basically took the time between the contest entry to the actual release of the theme, object, and character to learn what we could, and then jump in once we knew. Challenging at times, but worth it all in the long run.
